Why I do what I do

After more than 20 years of working in global companies in energy and financial services, I am passionate about business and the role of industry to innovate and shape our world.

Exciting and amazing things happen when capable and motivated people are brought together with a shared direction and purpose.

Alongside quarterly reporting cycles and financial responsibility to investors, sits a broader and equally significant responsibility to society and to ourselves.

What kind of corporate character and citizenship are we shaping during our watch? How do we manage responsibility for the legacy we create and leave things better than we found them under our stewardship?

It starts with each of us.

My mission is to be a catalyst to orientate leaders to do their best work; provide inspiration, shape culture, inform decision-making, problem-solve, find opportunities and identify the next generation of solutions. I support a whole-brain approach, balancing value creation and leadership performance with enabling people to grow and contribute at their best.

My Journey

I’m a Leadership and Executive Coach working with professionals across industries including Leaders, CEOs, C-Suite Executives, Founders, and Entrepreneurs.

In 2018 I graduated from the Rutgers University Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) programme in New Jersey (U.S.A.) in association with Heidrick & Struggles.

As part of the journey towards achieving business and personal growth objectives, my work also generates insight into the drivers of happiness and fulfilment. We only have one life…let’s make it count!

Prior to specialising in coaching, my corporate experience spanned commercial roles in commodity trading, marketing, risk management, logistics, strategy and performance management before moving into corporate communications, reputation, stakeholder engagement and ESG* at some of the world’s best-known global companies.

In 2014 I co-founded Indelable a strategic communications firm based in New York City, (U.S.A.) which continues to advise clients on business communications throughout the United States, Asia and Europe.

Having lived and worked in the United States, the U.K., Italy, Spain, Germany and Australia, I am used to operating in multicultural environments and am proficient in Italian and Spanish. I hold a degree in Law with European Law and currently reside in London with my husband, two children, 2 cats and 5 goldfish.
